ERIC ROSENBERG
COUNSEL
Eric has been a litigator for more than 37 years. Prior to joining Berger Fink LLP, Eric worked on commercial litigation at Proskauer Rose LLP, a large New York City law firm, for almost five years and then conducted securities fraud investigations at the Securities and Exchange Commission and defended the Commission against lawsuits for four years. He subsequently handled commercial lawsuits from inception to trial and appeals in federal and state courts and in arbitration tribunals and defended clients against white collar investigations at another New York law firm for 15 years. Immediately prior to joining Berger Fink LLP, Eric represented title insurers and insured persons while employed in the major-claims litigation department of a Fortune 500 company.

​Eric received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Brown University in 1982 and graduated magna cum laude from that school with honors in Classics. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Columbia University Law School in 1986.
