SAM BERGER

Sam Berger is an attorney and has been a member of the New York State Assembly since 2023, representing District 27 in Queens which includes Pomonok, Electchester, Kew Gardens Hills, College Point, and Whitestone.

Mr. Berger earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his legal experience includes matters involving estate proceedings and criminal law.

Mr. Berger is active in a wide array of charitable, cultural, civic, and religious organizations and has received numerous awards from organizations including the Met Council and the New York State Troopers Police Benevolent Association.
